Twitch Drops in Hunt: Showdown are linked to your game account, not to Twitch itself. So, all you need to do is link the assigned Twitch account to your game profile: the rewards will be transferred to the game and stay there.
What You'll Need
After purchase, you will need:
- Twitch username;
- Twitch password;
Keep these handy; you'll need them in step 2.
Step 1: Log out of your Twitch account
If you're already logged into your Twitch account in your browser, log out first. Go to twitch.tv, click your avatar in the upper right corner, and select Log out.
If you're not logged in, skip this step.
Step 2. Log in to your assigned Twitch account
Go to twitch.tv/drops/inventory and log in using the username and password you received.
Copy the information in its entirety rather than entering it manually—this will prevent typos and extra spaces. If Twitch asks you to verify your email, click Remind me later or close the window with the cross: you don't need to verify your email.
If you encounter an error when logging in, try a different browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Step 3. Open the Hunt: Showdown linking page
Go to huntshowdown.com/twitchdrops and click LINK ACCOUNT.
Step 4. Select a platform
Select the platform where your Hunt: Showdown game account is located (Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox) and log in.
If check marks appear next to the drops on the twitch.tv/drops/inventory page, the linking is successful.
Step 5. Restart the game
Close Hunt: Showdown completely and launch it again. The rewards will appear the next time you log in.
Don't click Skip on the rewards screen if you want to see all the items you've received.
If rewards aren't appearing
Work through this list in order:
- Check your Twitch inventory. Go to twitch.tv/drops/inventory - all the drops should have checkmarks next to them. If they don't, the linking wasn't completed correctly; repeat steps 3-4.
- Make sure you're logged in to the assigned Twitch account. A common mistake is to remain logged in to your own account and inadvertently link it to the game.
- Make sure you've selected the correct platform. Rewards will only be sent to the game account specified during linking.
- Restart the game again. Sometimes the reward list doesn't sync on the first launch.
- Please wait. Syncing occurs on the game servers and may take some time.
Are rewards linked to Twitch or to the game account? To the Hunt: Showdown game account. Once earned, rewards remain in your profile, even if you later unlink Twitch.
Can I unlink Twitch after receiving rewards? Yes. Items already earned remain on the game account.
Do I need to watch the streams myself? No. The account you're connecting to already has farmed drops; one link is enough.
What platforms are drops available on?** All platforms where Hunt: Showdown is available—Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox.
