📝 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Logging out of other Twitch accounts
If you were logged into another Twitch account before linking, be sure to log out: https://www.twitch.tv/
2️⃣ Preparing your login information
After purchase, you received:
- Login
- Password
Use these login information: https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory
🚨 IMPORTANT!
You DO NOT NEED to confirm your email address – click "Remind me later" or the cross.
Recommendations:
- Do not enter your username and password manually — copy and paste the entire data.
- Be sure to check that you have not included any extra spaces.
If you see a browser error, use one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
If you see an error about invalid data, carefully check that the data you entered is correct. Do not enter it manually — copy and paste the entire data, without any extra spaces.
3️⃣ Go to the account linking page
Go to the account linking page: https://twitch.facepunch.com/connect
⛔ VERY IMPORTANT!!!
You MUST link STEAM first, then TWITCH.
If you do it the other way around, the "ACTIVATE DROPS" button in step 6️⃣ will not work!
4️⃣ Linking a Steam Account
Click "SIGN IN WITH STEAM" on the linking page.
⛔ VERY IMPORTANT!!!
If after connecting STEAM you get to a page with the "UNLINK ACCOUNT" button, click it and return to step 4️⃣. This page appears if you previously linked another TWITCH account and did not unlink it.
5️⃣ Linking a Twitch Account
Click "SIGN IN WITH TWITCH".
If check marks appear on the https://www.twitch.tv/drops/ page, then step #5 was completed correctly.
6️⃣ Activating Drops
Click "ACTIVATE DROPS".
⛔ MUST READ!!!
If the "ACTIVATE DROPS" button doesn't work, it means you linked your Twitch account first, then Steam. Click "LOGOUT" and return to step 4️⃣.
7️⃣ Checking for Missing Drops
Click "CHECK FOR MISSING DROPS".
If the product description says "PRE-ORDER," you can transfer some skins gradually by clicking this button every few hours.
8️⃣ Completion
If you see the message: "Attempting to give your Steam account X Twitch Drops..." - everything worked.
Important: Check for your rewards only in the GAME INVENTORY, not in your Steam inventory.

Check for skins only in the GAME INVENTORY!
Skins may not appear in your Steam inventory until much later.
